Delivery Notes

Currently, we require a 2-day notice until the order is dispatched to you. For example, a confirmed paid order made on Tuesday by 6:59 PM is eligible for delivery on Thursday (Delivery time is 11 AM – 6 PM).

Orders can be made in advance with a later delivery date too – just choose your delivery date on the check-out page.

Delivery Charge

For Location above 15KM, please contact us to arrange delivery (either by Self-Collect or Third-party Logistic Company; EG. Lalamove). The Delivery Fees will be determined by the Logistic company, or no fees if self-collect. Delivery Charges will be determined on the delivery location.

Delivery Time

Do aware of phone calls and text messages of drivers after placing an order. Our delivery time is from 11 am – 6 pm Week Days and your order will be delivered within 1-3 Working days of the order being placed.

Delivery Precautions

  1. Do take note that our delivery time is within 11am-6pm on Week Days. We apologies that we will not guarantee to fulfil requested delivery time if you indicated specifically.
  2. If you wish to know your order ETA, you may contact us through whatsapp any time.
  3. Keep your phone sound on anytime after placing order, our driver will call for you upon arrival.
  4. Waiting Time: To ensure we are fair to every customer and for our driver to complete daily delivery tasks, waiting time for customer are set to maximum 10 minutes per trips. Please be advise to not our driver wait for long to ensure their productivity and the sake of other customer. Additional waiting time will be charged according to RM2 per every 5 minutes.
  1. Failed Delivery: An extra handling fees of RM10 will be charges if any failed delivery attempt.
  2. For Condo or any high rise unit, we regretly imform that we do not provide door to door service. Orders will be required to be picked up at lobby or guard house only. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
  3. Kindly check your items firsthand after receiving order to ensure any possible mistake during delivery
